Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our Hobart studio. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates
- Australia-Wide Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $200 AUD. Flat rate $9.95 AUD for orders under $200.
- Express Shipping: $14.95 AUD (1-3 business days after dispatch).
Delivery Times
- Metro areas: 2-5 business days
- Regional areas: 5-10 business days
- Please allow a little extra time during public holidays or high-volume periods.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can follow your parcel's journey through Australia Post or our delivery partner.
International Shipping
Currently, Enso Cotton ships within Australia only. International delivery will be available soon.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@ersocotton.com.au with your order number and we'll look into it immediately.
Returns Policy
We want you to love your Erso Cotton purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to help.
Change of Mind
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are:
- Unused and unwashed
- In their original packaging with tags attached
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Faulty or Damaged Items
In the rare case your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@ensocotton.com.au within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is at the buyer's expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
At this stage, we're unable to process direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred product.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on towels that have been used or washed.
