Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our Hobart studio. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

• Australia-Wide Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $200 AUD. Flat rate $9.95 AUD for orders under $200.
• Express Shipping: $14.95 AUD (1-3 business days after dispatch).

• Metro areas: 2-5 business days
• Regional areas: 5-10 business days
• Please allow a little extra time during public holidays or high-volume periods.

Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can follow your parcel's journey through Australia Post or our delivery partner.

Currently, Erso Cotton ships within Australia only. International delivery will be available soon.
